My specialisations

Real Estate Purchases

When you’re buying a home I will help you identify what you want in a new residence. A pool? A garage? An extra room? A particular building design? What about the neighbourhood? Proximity to schools or work?
As your sales person I will compare your needs, wants and budget with what is available on the market and make recommendations that save you time and effort. I will also accompany you as you view houses, and help you assess their suitability and price. As an expert on property, I can provide facts on neighbourhood, the cost of heating, the condition of the furnace, and so on. In other words, I will work with you to achieve your “dream”.

Real Estate Sales

Selling your home may sound easy, but it is much more complicated than simply placing a sign in the yard! One seemingly small mistake can cost you thousands of dollars and foul up your plans.

I will help you with all the details, setting the proper asking price, handling the marketing and advertising, preparing and staging the home, negotiating the contract, coordinating inspections and showings, and helping you comply with legal disclosure requirements, Take the first step towards a successful sale – call me today!

New Home Sales

There are many things to consider when building and it is important that the Realtor you choose can inform you of all of them, to ensure that your building experience is a pleasant one. As your sales representative, I can advise you things you need to know, such as past track record of the builder you are choosing, what type of features you should look for in a new home, and what designs are best suited for your needs. In short, I will help you walk through the building process.
